6 Fun and Easy Ways to Stay Fit

workout

Has workout become too much like work? Or does only thinking about working out make you want to go slumber? As we know everyone needs to move to burn calories and get fit, but mustering the inspiration is another thing. And if you’re not motivated to work out, then 99% chances are it’s because you’re not having any fun.

On the other hand, we can often find our well-intentioned plans sorting out after just a few days. The main problem is, for many of us; feel exercise can be boring and tedious. But it doesn’t have to be. Do you know those people who work out every day? They set their alarms for 5:30 a.m. Hence, they can run 6 miles or do 3 HIIT circuits before they even take a seat at their desks? Do you ever wonder if they’re having fun?

Not everyone likes the joys of hardcore athletic training. And if you don’t, there are numerous ways to exercise that, wait for it. You may enjoy it.

There’s a whole world out there of pleasant, and even exceptional ways to exercise—it’s just a need to find the one that works for you. There are a number of ways to make your workout fun, whether you have 5 minutes or 5 hours to spare.

Here are some of our six top suggestions to put the fun back into your exercise routine:

Make play your workout

Whatever sports you play, make it as a workout. Playing catch, jumping rope, or riding your bike, all can be treated as workout. The key to fitting more activity into your life is to find again that joy of movement.

If you have fun at childhood, play backyard games like tag, hopscotch, and capture the flag,” says Bryant. But you don’t need kids to play. Shoot hoops. Go swimming. Play badminton, tennis, volleyball, golf, or croquet.

Go on a treasure hunt

And, it can really be fun and helpful. You can take the entire family or a group of friends on an adventure or hiking. You can also try Geocaching. It is a hot new adventure that makes use of GPS to find a hidden cache of trinkets and a logbook. This thing is not at all easy. Catchers add new twists all the time.

Train for an active vacation

Always thought of doing a wine-country bike tour, escaping to a ski resort, or living out your dream at a fantasy sports camp?

When you come away with fond memories or a pulled tendon can depend on how well prepared you are.

On the way to prevention of muscle soreness and injury, train before your trip (using the upcoming vacation as your inspiration). Do cardiovascular, general strength, and flexibility training, as well as exercises that target the muscle groups for your sport.

A Change of Perspective

These days’ people would spend at least 5-6 days a week doing a balanced program of strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility exercises. But for many of us, that’s neither realistic nor attractive.

The main reason behind this, only a little more than one-fifth of Americans get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a minimum of five times per week, according to an analysis published in the records of Internal Medicine.

Despite all the emphasis on exercise over the last 20 years, the percentage of people who exercise regularly hasn’t changed considerably.

On the other side, we have gotten the idea that unless we follow the national exercise recommendations to the letter, purchase all the things you need.

Wear Your Dancing Shoes

Dance can be great to get in shape because you burn that extra fat you need. There are so many kinds of dance you can try. Ballroom, country and western, salsa, African, square dancing, folk dancing. In most of the dance forms you don’t need a partner.

Revitalise a Dull Routine

You might get tired of your routine walk. Walk to the park in its place, and fly a kite. If you’re tired of something with the treadmill or elliptical trainer, spice up your workout with multimedia. Carry Tape or CD player to your belt and listen to music, obtain audiobooks from the library, and enjoy “reading” while you work out. Moreover, set up a portable DVD player and watch a movie.

At last, we need to look at ‘good, better and best.’ We don’t know walking is good, maybe jogging is better, and maybe running is best. But our goal is to encourage people to make physical activity something they do constantly. Movement is a key to success. So you need to identify those activities you find enjoyable, and choose to move.”
